Our company provides services for the sale of “goods”. We offer customers the best terms of payment and delivery of “goods”. Due to the possibility of payment and delivery in various ways, we offer customers individual terms, which may vary depending on several factors.
Delivery to Nova Poshta parcel lockers starts from 70 UAH. Delivery to Nova Poshta branches: from 70 UAH. The delivery cost for each customer depends on the weight of the item. You can confirm the exact delivery price with our manager when placing your order. Additional charges may apply when using cash on delivery. An extra 2% of the transfer amount is added on top of the standard delivery cost.
The delivery cost via Ukrposhta depends on the weight and dimensions of the item. The minimum delivery price to a branch is from 35 UAH (standard parcels) and from 40 UAH (delivery within 3 days). If you use a money transfer, an additional 1% fee of the transfer amount must be paid. Compared to Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta offers lower shipping prices and the option of expedited delivery for only 40 UAH.
For residents of city name, we offer a pickup option. If you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can visit our office at address and collect your order in person. This option saves you time and also allows you to view and choose the product directly at our office/store.
Our company offers customers convenient ways to pay for goods. Everyone will be able to find the option that suits them best.
Our store can send you an order via Prom-payment. To do this, you need to choose a product whose cost is 200 UAH or more. If your order is below the specified amount, we recommend that you choose another payment option for the product due to technical features.
Our company provides customers with the opportunity to pay from card to card. You can pay for any desired product by transfer from a Visa/Mastercard card. To obtain the details of the card to which you need to make a payment, contact the manager of our store.
Payment for the goods is made immediately after receiving and checking the parcel at one of the Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta branches.
You can choose this payment option, but take into account the additional percentages that each post office charges. For example, at Nova Poshta you pay an additional 2% of the transfer. At Ukrposhta you pay an additional 1% to the delivery cost.
Be sure to check the product at the post office, otherwise we will not be able to process the return. If you encounter a product that is missing or damaged, please contact us.
IMPORTANT: If you need to prepay for goods worth 3000 UAH or more, we recommend that you use the following payment option.
You can pay for your goods at any bank branch. To do this, you will need to request an invoice from the manager for payment. Delivery of goods paid in this way will be much cheaper and you do not need to pay an additional 1-2% at the post office. The cost is calculated in hryvnias.
